Engage Gretchen in a talk or workshop for deeper, more immersive learning. These sessions are designed to help companies and organizations develop stronger mid-level management teams and emerging leaders. Gretchen uses selected parts of her books, based on an organization’s need, to create a dynamic and interactive learning experience. Because personal insight into one’s talents and how to leverage others’ talents is so important, her workshops also include professional coaching by certified coaches. Using two of the most credible personality assessments, StrengthsFinder 2.0 and DiSC®, participants will learn more about themselves and others—helping to create a more collaborative work environment. Gretchen's talks and workshops are full of accessible and digestible lessons that can be applied immediately.

  • Workshops are interactive, and include simple tips and lessons that are easy to apply.
  • Ideal group sizes: minimum 20 people, maximum 60 people. (The ideal group size is divisible by 5, based on research on optimal effectiveness for breakout group work.)
  • Workshops include all materials, books, assessments, and certified coaches for StrengthsFinder and DiSC assessment workshops.

  • Contact Gretchen and she’ll set up a time to meet in person, by phone, or Skype. You’ll discuss your needs and challenges, and what you hope to achieve from a talk or workshop.
